When you contact us
The form asks for your name, email address, topic, message, and optionally a device model. Dave uses this information to respond and discuss the work or program you’re interested in. Messages arrive in the Nine Lives Tech business Gmail inbox.
Services that handle your message
The form sends your information to FormSubmit, which processes and emails the submission and may present a spam check. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Its handling of submissions is covered by FormSubmit’s privacy policy. Email is handled by Google under Google’s privacy policy. You can also email us directly instead of using the form.
Website hosting
The published site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes connection information such as your IP address and requests to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Browsing and payments
This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The form provider and any external websites you visit have their own practices. Card payments are handled through separate secure Square invoices; please never send card details through this site.
Questions about your information
Email ninelivestechsc@gmail.com to ask about information you’ve shared or request its correction or deletion. Some records may need to be kept for ongoing work or recordkeeping requirements.
