We have no affiliate relationships influencing our recommendations. That gives us the freedom to choose parts for your needs and budget, rather than for a commission.
Return shipping included in your quote.
For mail-in repairs, the quoted total includes the cost of shipping your device back to you. Return shipping is part of the overall price, so you can see the expected total before approving the repair.
Contact us before sending anything. We’ll confirm receiving instructions and arrangements for getting your device to us.
Approval before extra work.
If diagnosis reveals additional work or a different part is needed, we’ll discuss the revised cost with you before proceeding.
Your estimate brings together labor, parts, return shipping where applicable, and any applicable taxes. Diagnostics are free. Repair work includes a 60-day warranty covering the repair performed. Any cost to return an unrepaired device will be explained before you send it.

Website starting prices are one-time build fees in US dollars. Final pricing depends on the agreed scope; a monthly care plan is optional.
Your written proposal defines the pages, features, revision allowance, and launch work included. Additional pages, extensive copywriting, product entry, migrations, and custom integrations are priced according to the work involved.
Domain registration, hosting, paid services, platform subscriptions, and payment-processing fees are separate from the website build unless your quote explicitly includes them. Ongoing updates and maintenance are agreed separately.

Small updates, clearly defined.
Minor edits include changes to existing text, images, and business information. Work beyond your included allowance is $60/hour, agreed before proceeding. New pages, redesigns, custom functionality, and new integrations are quoted separately.
Care fees cover my work on your website. Your domain, hosting or Shopify subscription, paid apps, and other third-party charges remain separate. Backup and update responsibilities depend on the platform and are set out in your care agreement.
Monitoring does not mean around-the-clock human support. Availability, response expectations, and the treatment of unused time are agreed in writing before the plan starts.
